The included Thomasville Tomme, a semi-soft aged raw cow’s milk cheese, developed a buttery texture and earthy cheddar-type flavor after coming to room temperature. Just make sure to pull the block cheeses out ahead of time to allow the flavors to open up. We raved about the quality of the pimento cheese with its not-too-creamy texture and spicy kick from the added piquillo peppers. Unpacking revealed multiple ice packs and everything secured inside an insulated cooler bag for freshness. We were impressed with the indulgent packaging of this basket and the variety of cheeses included.
